This is a Stable Release Candidate.

This version has better handling of docket numbers when required per rule 18.1.1, and adds Louisiana and Maine public domain citation support.

All users should upgrade to this version.

To upgrade, go to the CiteGenie Configuration Panel and click on the "Check for upgrades" button.
